This is a museum quality reproduction of a very rare WWI Russian House of Romanov Badge in sterling silver. The House of Romanov was the second and last imperial dynasty of Russia founded in 1613and ended in 1917. If you were a member of the Royal Family I gather you could wear this badge and it must have opened a lot of doors. Several members of the House still are alive and who knows maybe some day they will return to power so this badge could come in handy.
