The French made a number of US Insignia when our troops were in their country for WWI. This is a set of WWI Collar insignia reproducted in sterling and sold as a set of two. This same design was used by a number of French squadrons for use in designing their insignia, such as adding a question mark over the insignia. These were not very common and are seldom seen in many collections. This is a museum quality reproduction and will fill a big hole in any WWI collection.
