This is a current issue set of Full Colonel insignia with a very rare US Army IOH hallmark of W-32. This is an extremely hard to find hallmark as they are a very small maker of insignia and wings. These are full size in sterling silver. Today any current insignia in sterling is hard to find. This is offered in a set of three to include the one for wearing on the overseas hat. They only sell direct and so very few collectors ever get any of this insignia.
