This is a current issue set of Full Colonel insignia with a very rare US Army IOH hallmark of W-32. This is an extremely hard to find hallmark as they are a very small maker of insignia and wings. These are full size in sterling silver. Today any current insignia in sterling is hard to find. They only sell direct and so very few collectors ever get any of this insignia.
