This is a museum quality reproduction of a 1930's Naval Observer Wing made in sterling silver in two parts and hard soldered together. This wing is hallmarked Meyer and sterling and is shown in US Navy WIngs of Gold 1917 to the Present on Page 47. A truly beautiful wing from the golden age of aviation.
